Paint with the Sunflowers

Combine art and nature at Pottery Perfection's Paint with the Sunflowers on-site event on Friday, August 8, from 6-8 pm. This is a wonderfully unique opportunity to create a beautiful sunflower painting in the heart of a glorious sunflower field. The two-hour class will take place at The Suns Flower, 2956 County Road 92 in Lindsey. Guests will gather outside, sit in the sunflower field, and paint a charming still-life featuring a lovely sunflower bouquet and an Americana birdhouse in acrylic on a 16" x 20" canvas. This project includes an optional final step where you apply a wash to the canvas to give it an antiquish effect. No prior experience is required; Pottery Perfection's canvas painting experts, Joni and Amy, will provide instruction during the class.
