Scarecrow Plate - Clay Hand Build

Enjoy some festive fall crafting in our class on Friday, October 2, from 6-8 pm, as you build by hand a charming clay scarecrow plate. Participants will work with 3 pounds of white clay and have complete creative freedom in designing their scarecrow. This plate is ideal for the autumn season, whether used for serving snacks, as decoration, or as a delightful gift. No prior experience is necessary. Our clay expert, Cindy, will guide you through the process.

The class fee is $35 per person, non-refundable, and includes one kiln firing. Painting your plate with acrylics is free of charge, but glazing and a second firing will incur an additional $15 per item, payable when you pick up your plate. Registration is required. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks; for those 21 and over, wine and other creativity enhancers are welcome.
